摘要
通过对库伦旗各项水土保持措施的分析，阐明了１５年重点治理取得了巨大的蓄水保土效益，生态环境得到了很大改善，群众生活水平得到了较大的提高。
Based on the analysis of soil and water conservational measures in Kulun county, the result showed that the effects on soil and water conservational work have been obtained through comprehensive harnessment for 15 years. The eco environment has been changed greatly, the people's living standard has been raised obviously.
