治理水土流失推行股份合作制的分析

On Practising Joint Stock System in Procession of Harnessing Soil and Water Loss

乌审旗地处毛乌素沙漠腹地，土地总面积１１６４５ｋｍ２，水土流失面积９１８９ｋｍ２，劳力５．４万个，人口密度７．８人／ｋｍ２，为解决水土流失治理劳力不足的问题，探索风沙区、牧区治理的途径，１９９３年起将股份合作形式融于水保治理中，取得了良好的经济、生态、社会效益，走出了一可资借鉴的牧区、风沙区治理的新路。

Wushen county is located in Maowusu desert,the land area is 11 645 km 2,the area of soil and water loss is 9 189 km 2,labour forces are about 54 thousands,the population density is 7.8 persons per km 2.In order to solve the problem of insufficient labour force in harnessing soil and water conservation,to probe the harnessive way in wind sandy area and pastoral areas,the joint stock system has being practised in the procession of harnessing soil and water loss from 1993.As a result of good benefits obtained from economic,ecological and social aspects,a new way to harnessing pastoral and wind sandy area is gained.
