摘要
对奈曼旗响水水保试验站的创办过程，发展状况及前景进行了分析，阐明了创办实体对增强自身建设和安排职工就业发挥重要作用。
Based on analysis of establishing process,developing situation and prospects of Xiangshui soil and water conservational station in Naiman county,the author expounded that initiating entity play an important role in the construction and employment of the station.
