摘要
通过对皇甫川川掌沟流域各项水土保持措施的布局分析，阐述水土保持功能及成效，并对综合治理后的生态、社会效益进行了调查，认为川掌沟将会产生更大的经济效益。
Based on analysing distribution of measures on soil and water conservation in Chuan zhanggou watershed of Huangfuchuan,the harnessive function and effects of soil and water conservation were elaborated.Moreover,the author made a survey on ecological and social benefits after comprehensively harnessment,then point out that more economic benefits could be gained in Chuanzhanggou watershed.
