摘要
研究了同一钎焊规范下非晶态Ni80Cr10B2.5Si4.5Fe3合金钎料真空钎焊1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢接头在硫酸及盐酸介质中的腐蚀性及与晶态钎料的比较;同时,从理论上提出了镍基合金钎料钎焊接头的腐蚀模型,解释了非晶态合金钎料钎焊接头耐蚀性优于晶态合金钎料钎焊接头的原因。
It has been compared for corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid of brazed joint filled with amorphous nickel based filler metal and crystalline filler metal in vacuum .A theoretical corrosive mode of brazed joint has been established and used to explain the reasons that amorphous joint is better than crystalline one in corrosion.
