摘要
从力学的角度出发,建立了相变扩散连接接头界面的接触应力、摩擦应力的分布模型,深入分析了相变扩散连接的重要阶段—物理接触阶段,并建立了合理的微观物理接触及有效结合面积模型,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。
From viewpoint of stress,the model of distributions of contact stress was obtained.Through analyzing physical contact process of phase transformation diffusion bonding,contact area model was settled.The computed results were in agreement with the experimental data.
