摘要
确定了以MgO为主要成分的MgO型气保护碱性药芯焊丝渣系。在此基础上,进行了大量的工艺性能试验,得出了药芯成分等因素对焊接飞溅、脱渣、烟雾等的影响规律。还做了力学性能试验,得出了熔敷金属化学成分对熔敷金属抗拉强度和冲击韧性的影响规律。
A MgO type for slag-system basic gas shielded flux-cored wire is designed, in which MgO is the main constituent. For this system, lots of experiments on operating properties are made, and effect of flux composition on spatter, slag peeling,fume and so on is revealed. Some mechanical experiments are also made, and influence of chemical compositions on tensile strength and Akv toughness of deposit is understood.
