摘要
通过对电弧形态的分析、弧长波动对熔宽和电弧电流分散度的影响等测试,提出在纯氩气氛中,当弧长波动时,欲使有效热功率恒定,最佳电源外特性应该是能量补偿型电源外特性。通过大量薄板TIG焊接试验,建立了能量补偿型电源外特性数学模型,并成功地研制了8098单片微机控制的能量补偿型TIG焊电源系统。
Through analyzing the arc shape and testing the influence of the fluctuation of arc length on dispersion of arc current and weld width. The authors put forward that the TIG welding power source with compensating energy can make the heat input into the workpiece constant under the fluctuation of arc length. Mathematical models based on technological experiments of the thin sheet TIG Welding was established and the TIG welding power source with compensating energy controlled by 8098 single chip microcomputer was developed in the paper.
