摘要
用线弹性有限元方法对钎焊后管壳内的应力进行了计算,应力分析结果表明钎焊后管壳中最大轴向拉应力和最大拉应力均发生在金属化层中或靠近金属化层的陶瓷层中。该应力分析结果与文献报道及焊接试验结果基本一致。
The stress in the brazed tube has been calculated using Finite Element Method.The result shows that the maximum axial tensile stress and the maximum principal stress both take place in the metallized layer or in ceramic area near the metallized layer.This result is in agreement with the references and experimental result of brazing strength.
