摘要 本文在分析熔透控制现状的基础上,从熔透控制的基本问题入手,通过对熔池输入量与输出量的分析,提出了控制熔池动态热输入变化与热输出变化平衡以保证熔透成形稳定的思想,同时引入热阻与热容等概念,应用类似电模型的研究方法,详细探讨了焊件的热物理性质、几何尺寸和焊件的温度状态对熔池热输出及熔透成形的影响,应用这种动态热平衡思想较好地解释了在焊接过程中出现的一些现象,为新的熔透控制方法建立了一定的理论基础。 The essential problem of penetration control is renewedly probed on the base of reviewing its state-of-the art , the idea of dynamic energy equilibrium of the molten pool for the stable penetration is put forward by analyzing input and output variables themselves , and the factors effecting penetration shape steadiness , such as thermal physical property 、geometry size and temperature condition of workpiece ,are discussed in detail with the concept of thermal resistance and thermal capacitance in the similar research manner of electricity model , some phenomena in the welding process can be preferably explained using the idea . This thought is of a certain theoretical foundation for about the penetration shape control.
