概述了热处理对果实表面的杀菌、杀虫卵,减轻低温贮藏冷害,调节果实后熟,改善贮藏品质,延长贮藏期等方面的作用。作为一种非化学处理方法。
Effects of heat treatment on disinfesting fruits,reducing the chilling injury of some fruits and vegetables and improving their postharvest quality are reviewed.As a non chemical treatment method for postharvest handling of fruits and vegetables,prestorage heat treatment technology has great theoretical value and application potential.
