After the decrease at the begining of 1990s',China and Russian frontier trade has come to increasc and boom.Now,there is a new developement trade in it,that is ,China and Russian's cooperation has transferred from trading mutual compensation to structural mutual compensation .This is a strategical transferece in this two countries' cooperation relationship.
