摘要
用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDSPAGE)结合光密度扫描方法分析了藏山羊及其与安哥拉公山羊杂交一代脱脂乳主要蛋白组分,并用含4mol/L尿素的PAGE对几个品种山羊乳αS酪蛋白(αSCN)的遗传变异体进行了比较研究。结果显示,酪蛋白在山羊乳中的相对含量约为70%;αS2CN有AA、AB2种表型,AB型占优势;αS1CN有高含量(H)和低含量(L)2种表型,除安哥拉山羊乳中仅出现L型外。
Main components in skim milk of Tibetan goat and F 1 of female Tibetan goat×male Angora goat were studied by using SDS PAGE combined with density scanning method,and genetic variants of α S casein were characterized by PAGE containing 4 mol/L urea.Casein contents in milk proteins of Tibetan goat and its hybrid were approximately 70%.There existed AA and AB band types in α S2 CN,and AB was the dominant type.High type and low type of α S1 casein were observed on gels designated according to α S1 casein contents in milk of individuals,the two types existed in milk of goat breeds or hybrids,but only low type of α S1 casein was observed in Angora goats(n=6).
