麝香保心丸与日本救心丹防治冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Effect of Shexiangbaoxin Pill and Japan Jiuxin Pill in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

目的：探讨 中药复方麝香保 心丸 防治 冠心病 心绞 痛的 临床 疗效， 并与 同类 药日 本救 心丹 进行 对比观察分析。 方法：６０ 例 确诊为 冠心 病 心绞 痛患 者， 随机、双 盲分 为麝 香 保心 组和 日 本救 心组 。分别给予麝香 保心丸、日本 救心丹各 ２ 丸，每 日３ 次， 口服。结果 ：经４ 周 治疗，两 药均可显 著缓解 患者的临床症状 ；降低 心绞 痛 的发 作频 率； 硝酸 甘油 的日 耗 量以 及心 率； 改 善心 肌 的缺 血 状况 ；提 高心脏的收缩 功能；无明显毒副 作用。结论：麝香 保心丸 和日本 救心丹 两药能 有效 地防治 冠心 病心绞痛。因麝 香保心丸在价格 上具有一定优 势，更适合于临床

Objective: To test and verify the effect of Shangxiangbaoxin pill (SHX) and Japan Jiuxin pill (JP) in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris. Methods: Sixty patients of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were randomly and blindly assigned to the study group. The two groups were well matched in age, sex, angina type, complication and grade of cardiac function. Two pills of SHX of JP were taken by each cases of the two groups for 3 times every day orally, for 4 weeks, respectively. Results: Both SHX and JP could not only reduce significantly the frequency of angina episode, the daily consumption of nitroglycerin and clinical symptom, they also could result in remarkable improvement of cardiac function. The total symptomatic effective rate of the two groups was 86.67% and 85%. Conclusion: Either Shangxiangbaoxin pill or Japan Jiuxinpillin is an effective and safe medicine in treating Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris.
