在自适应光学系统中,系统噪声是其波前校正残余误差的主要组成部分之一。从波前探测器噪声引入着手,应用功率谱方法分析了探测器噪声在自适应光学系统闭环校正过程的传递.应用这种方法对61单元自适应光学系统的噪声进行了理论和实验结果的对比.
In an adaptive optical system the noise is one of the major components of thewavefront correction residual error of the system. Starting with the detector noise, thetransmission of the detector noise in the course of the closed-loop correction for anadaptive optical system is analyzed by means of the method of power spectrum. Acomparison of the theoretical analysis with the experimental results is carried out throughthe application of this method to the 61-element adaptive optical system.
