摘要
介绍采用两台双频激光干涉仪同时测量连续变焦电视望远镜中变倍组和补偿组位置误差的方法,分析了影响测量精度的原因。这种非接触式测量方法,测量精度高,调整方便,并且引进的附加误差少。
The paper presents a measurement mathod of the position errors of the zoomset and the compensating set in a continuous zoom telescope with two double-frequencylaser interferometers and the cause of effecting measuring accuracy is analyzed. This noncontact method has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, convenient adjustmentand less introduction error
