Y型管接头的自动放样

摘要 Y 型管接头在焊接过程中易产生残余应力,焊缝形状的精确度是影响残余应力的重要原因之一。文章用计算机图形学原理推导出焊缝形状曲线及其展开线的参数方程,编写了计算机程序,能自动画出焊缝形状曲线,进而可实现Y 型管接头自动放样,提高焊缝形状精确度。 When Y type pipe joints are welded, remaining stress usually occurs, and it is directly influenced by the accuracy of welding seam.In the paper,the parametric equations of both the welding curve and its development line are deduced based on the principle of computer graphics,and a computer program is compiled to draw automatically the welding curve.Thus the automatic shaping for Y type pipe joints is achieved and the accuracy of welding form is improved.
