无为大堤新安闸除险加固设计方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 防洪工程乃百年大计,其设计方案的优劣将直接关系到工程的防洪安全,尤其是防洪工程的除险加固设计,应在深入研究工程现状的基础上,反复比较论证,不断优化设计方案。无为长江大堤是巢湖流域的防洪屏障,属国家一级堤防工程,新安闸是无为大堤上唯一的1 座圬工结构穿堤涵闸,每到汛期长江高水位期间则险情不断,严重危及着无为大堤的防洪安全,对该闸除险加固势在必行。 For a flood preventing project which need last through a century or more, its design quality directly influences the security of the project. Especially the scheme for reinforcing and danger removing of such project need to be optimized through a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the project and repeated comparison and argumentation.The Wuwei Changjiang River levee is a barrier of preventing flood of Chaohu drainage area and belongs to the first class project in the country,Xin'an waterlocks is the only masonry clough through the levee in the Wuwei Changjiang River levee. It is imperative to reinforce the waterlocks because dangerous situations usually occur when Changjiang River is at high levels during flood seasons.
