摘要
文章利用齐次马尔可夫链分析法,对教师的教学效果进行综合评价,通过计算和分析,客观地评价教师的教学效果,解决了从学生的成绩去评价教学工作质量时学生的基础存在差异的问题。
A comprehensire evaluation of teaching effect is made by applying Markow chain to calculation and analysis. The side effect of evaluating teaching quality according to students′ scores has been eliminated though differences in study ability among students still exist.
