高黎贡山自然保护区土壤真菌的组成及其生态分布

Composition and Ecological Distribution of the Soil Fungi in Gaoligong Mountains Nature Reserve

报道在高黎贡山自然保护区调查所发现的各类土壤真菌资源情况及其生态分布。共发现土壤真菌 2 8个属 ,分隶于 3纲 6目 11科 ,其中以丛梗孢科占绝对优势 ,有 11个属占总属数的 37 9% ,暗梗孢科有 5个属占总属数的 17 2 %为次优势类群 ,有关菌种保存在中国科学院西双版纳热带植物园微生物生态学实验室内。属的分布是 ,海拔 2 0 0 0m左右的原始森林下土壤中分离到的属最多 ,其次为海拔高的原始森林 ,海拔低的次生林分离到的属最少。
