摘要
目的:建立荧光光度法测定美托洛尔血药浓度的方法.方法:用二氯甲烷作为提取溶剂,提取血清中美托洛尔.用蒸馏水定容后测定荧光强度.结果:血清中美托洛尔浓度在10~300ng/ml范围与荧光强度线性相关(c=0.877 2F+0.182 6,r=0.999 2).结论:美托洛尔血药浓度荧光光度法测定准确可靠、简便易行,可用于临床监测及药物动力学研究.
AIM : To determine metoprolol's concentration in blood serum by a fluores-cence method. METHODS: Methylene chloride was used as extrative solvent to extract meto-prolol from blood serum. Distilled water was used to solution and then determine fluorescent intensity. RESULTS: MetoproloPs concentration in blood serum had a linear combinationwith the fluorescent intensity in the range of 10-300 ng/ml (c = 0. 887 2F + 0. 182 6,r = 0. 999 2). CONCLUSION: The method designed is simple and feasible. It can be applied to the study of pharmacokinetics and to clinical monitoring of metoprolol levels in patients.
