摘要
比较了嘧啶和嘌呤碱及其衍生物在金、铂、银、钨、铜、镍等各种金属电极上的电化学行为. 发现这些碱在金和铜电极上均有还原响应, 但铜电极的响应峰不如金电极的稳定,其他则没有; 探讨了影响这些碱在金电极上还原的条件. 结合25 次微分技术对这些碱进行电分析化学方法检测, 提高了检测的灵敏度和分辨率( 如脲嘧啶的检测限为24 ×10 - 8 mol/ L,腺嘌呤的检测限为19 ×10 - 6 mol/ L) .
This paper provides an overview of electrochemical behavior of purine and pyrimidine bases and their derivatives on gold, platinum, silver, copper, tungsten and nickel electrodes etc It was found that there were reduction responses for these bases at gold and copper electrodes, but the responses at the gold electrode were more stable than those at the copper electrode The gold electrode was available in determining purine and pyrimindine bases, the experimental conditions for determination of these bases were also involved and electrode mechanism was discussed Via the 2 5th order differential technique, the detection limit and resolution achieved a good result, e g , the detection limit of uracil and adenine were 2 4×10 -8 and 1 9×10 -6 mol/L, respectively
