摘要
研究了无皂乳液聚合丙烯酸酯三元共聚树脂的合成以及共聚亲水性单体丙烯酸( A A) 和引发剂过硫酸钾( K2 S2 O8) 用量对乳液涂膜光泽、表面张力、流变性能及初干性的影响. 碱性条件下, 适当增加 A A 及 K2 S2 O8 用量可改善乳液涂膜的光泽, 且无皂乳液的表面张力下降, 有利于乳液用作水性油墨的成膜树脂. 按照无皂乳液用作油墨成膜树脂的各项性能要求, 引发剂、 A A 及少量丙酮适当配合, 可合成稳定的适合油墨用途的丙烯酸酯类无皂乳液.
The acrylate soap free emulsion used as film forming resin in water based ink was prepared by the copolymerization of MMA,BA and AA. The properties of the emulsion,such as surface tension,rheological behavior,initial dryness,electrolyte stability and film gloss,varied with the dosages of the monomer and the initiator K 2S 2O 8.The addition of a small amount of acetone during copolymerization could apparently improve the emulsion properties.
