摘要
分子标记已被广泛用于作物分子连锁遗传图谱的构建、遗传多样性、基因定位、外源导入基因的检测等研究。以RFLP、RAPD、AFLP和SSR为主的分子标记各具特色, 克服了传统遗传标记的缺陷, 在分子标记辅助育种中已得到广泛的应用。
Molecular markers have been applied in studing construction of molecular linkage genetic map,genetic diversity,gene location and detection of introgression gene of crops.Molecular markers such as RFLP,RAPD,AFLP and SSR have characteristics of overcoming the defects of the classic genetic markers,and can be utilized extensively in molecular assisted breeding.
