摘要
以水稻的两个亚种籼稻和粳稻作为受体, 比较了不同外值体、vir诱导物等对根癌农杆菌转化的影响, 建立了农杆菌介导的水稻高效转基因实验体系。依据该体系,以粳籼DREW 的幼愈伤组织和籼稻D汕B的幼穗愈伤组织为受体,经农杆菌AGL1/pCAMBIA1301转化后, 获得了超过50% 的潮霉素抗性愈伤筛选率, 并获得再生植株。
Using japonica and indica rice varieties as materials, the factors affeceing gene transformation mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens were studied. An efficient system of gene transformation was established. Utilizing this system, more than 50% hygromycin resistance selection efficiency was obtained with callus derived from young embryo (DREW, japonica ) and young panicle (D Shan B, indica ) as receptor, some regenerated plants were acquired.
