摘要
对草菇原生质体诱变选育的菌株Vp53 与亲株V4菌株进行了同工酶、菌丝生长速度、营养成分、产量和形态特征等方面的分析比较, 结果表明, 都存在差异。Vp53菌株的产量较V4菌株高29.1% , 表明Vp53菌株是一个优良的变异菌株。
A new strain Vp53 was induced by UV radiation from the protoplast of its parent strain V4, Volvariella volvacea . There existed some differences in esterase isoenzyme pattern,growth rate of hypha, contents of nutritional elements, morphological characters and yield between Vp53 and its parent strain V4. The yield of Vp53 was 29 1% higher than that of V4, indicating that Vp53 was an elite variant strain.
