摘要
分析了耕地保护的重要性和紧迫性, 并用同度量分析的方法阐述了耕地面积递减的严重性, 对不同程度发达地区人地关系紧张的内涵进行剖析, 认为经济欠发达地区和发达地区耕地保护同样重要。
This paper analysed the importance and urgency of cultivated land protection under the situation of serious decrease of farm land with the method of same sandard.The relationship between humanity and cultivated land under different economic and sociel development conditions was also expounded.It is considered that to protect cultivated land is of same importance for both developed and undeveloped areas.
