摘要
介绍了采用8751 单片机和VMOS器件,实现400 Hz 三相和单相方波交流逆变电路。该电路具有体积小、温升慢、线路简单等特点,解决了传统测井工作中地面供电对有用信号干扰大、井下电源不稳定。
The paper deals with a kind of alternating transformation circuit which uses 875 chip microcomputer & VOMS appliance & produces 400 Hz singlephase & threephase square wave The circuit, with the feature of slow temprature rising, has a small volume & a simple circuit line It has solved the problems in traditional mine surveying, such as the big interference to be useful signals caused by generating electricity on surface and unsteadiness of electric current & of the power under the mine
