摘要
本文分析了目前国有企业存在大量低效或无效劳力要素的原因。指出国有企业欲走出困境,须按照市场规则来优化配置劳力要素,采取相应措施促进劳动力市场的发育,使劳动力能够充分合理流动。
This paper analyzed the causes for a large number of low efficient or noneffective labour force existing in present state-owned enterprises and pointed out that if a state-owned enterprise wants to extricate itself from a difficult position,it must optimize its labour force disposition in the light of the rules of market and adopt appropriate measures to accelerate the development of labour market and get the labour force be able to move reasonably.
