文章以会东铅锌矿的基本情况为引言，分几个方面阐述了该矿的可持续发展战略，指出在抓紧两个文明建设，建立高技术、高质量、高效益的新型企业，培养与造就高素质人才队伍等方面应做的工作。
In the light of the basic situation of Huidong lead Zinc Mine,the author expounded the sustainable development strategy of the mine in several aspects and set forward some essential work that should be well done for streng thening the construction of both spiritual and material civilizations,building up a novel enterprise with high technology,high quility and high benefit and cultivating or creating a high quility technical contingent etc.
