会东铅锌矿露天台阶大孔距小抵抗线爆破技术的研究

摘要 大孔距小抵抗线爆破使爆破漏斗角增大,产生有利于反射拉应力增强及速度场分布的弧形自由面,爆炸能量利用率高,爆破效果好。其孔网参数宜采用双孔爆破漏斗试验,根据等阻力自由面原理确定。炮孔装药采取满装药原则,三角形布孔,排间微起爆时间用半经验公式估算。 Large holespacing and small burden blast can enlarge the angle of crater,produce an arc free face beneficial to the intensification of reflecting tensile stress and the distribution of volocity field,anhance the utilization of blasting energy and improve blast efficiency,the parameters of hole patterm are better to be defermined by the test of double hole explosion crater and in light of the principle of free face with equal resistance.The holes are full changed and laid out in triangle,and the time of millsecond delay priming between rows can be estimated with semi expiric formula.
