为了检验企业经济承包的实施效果，必须确定一种考核办法。大冶井巷公司经多方试验，选择了定额直接工考核法，最大限度地调动了职工的积极性和创造力。
A check method must be determined in order to examine the practical effect of economic contract in enterprise. After carrying out various tests in Daye Shaft and Drift Construction Company, the checking method by quantifying directworkdays is selected, which is able to arouse the staffs enthusiasm and creativity maximally, and greatly promotes the development of production.
