温州市区内河的水质毒性评价

Toxicity evaluation of water quality in Wenzhou inland rivers

采用分析水质理化指标及蚕豆根尖微核试验对城市内河水进行监测，并结合现场调查，评价温州市区内河水污染状况，结果表明市区内河水污染较重，并具有一定遗传毒性。

In physicochemical index test of water quality,micronucleus of viola were used to detect the toxicity of water samples from inland rivers in Wenzhou City.The pollution of inland rivers in Wenzhou City was evaluated according to the result of investigation on the spot. The results showed that the physicochemical index of inland rivers in Wenzhou City severely exceeded the target and that some of the water samples had some genetic toxicity substances due to serious pollution.
