摘要
使用自行研制的UMN -3型精密脉冲电阻对焊机对TiNiNb形状记忆合金丝的焊接性进行了研究 ,分析了焊接电流、焊接压力、顶锻压力和保护气体等焊接参数对焊接接头微观组织和力学性能的影响规律 ,并给出某些TiNiNb形状记忆合金丝获得优质接头的工艺条件 .研究结果表明 ,所研制的精密脉冲电阻对焊机可实现TiNiNb形状记忆合金丝的优质连接 ,这对于进一步研究、开发TiNi基形状记忆合金丝的潜能 ,具有重要的理论和实际应用价值 .
This paper studies the weldability of TiNiNb shape memory alloy wire with the self-studied precise pulse resistance butt welder, analyses the effect of welding parameters such as welding current, welding press, upsetting press and shield gas on the microstructures and mechanical properties of welded joint, concludes welding conditions of getting excellent joint of TiNiNb shape memory alloy wires. The results show the welder can obtain excellent joint of TiNiNb shape memory alloy wires, it is very important for to exploit the potentials of TiNi based shape memory alloys, and has a great value of theory and engineering application.
