摘要
研究了Ti3 Al超塑性扩散连接的物理模型和数学模型 ,对Ti3 Al超塑性扩散连接的工艺过程进行了理论计算 ,探讨了工艺参数对Ti3 Al超塑性扩散连接质量的影响 .
The physical model and mathematical model of superplastic diffusion bonding of Ti 3Al were studied in the present paper. The theoretical calculation of superplastic diffusion bonding process of Ti 3Al was carried out. The effects of process parameters on the quality of superplastic diffusion bonding of Ti 3Al was discussed too.
