China Food Industry Development Should Rely on High-new Technique

近些年来,国内外已经研究、开发和应用了一批高新科技,实现对食品的加工。我们认为,食品工业,只有依靠这些高新科技,才有可能获得巨大发展。本文在简述了有发展高科技食品工业的必要性后,扼要列举了在食品工业中行之有效的一些高新科技方法。相信,这对我国食品工业的发展,将提供一定的参考思路。

During these years,some high\|new techniques were studied,developed and applied for food process industry both in domestic and foreign countries.We believe that food industry will developed faster relying on these high\|new techniques.\;Here we simply describe the necessary of developing high\|new techniques in food industry.Some effective high\|new technical methods are given as samples,we are sure it will provide some ideas for Chinese food industry development.\;
