摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以水乙腈三乙胺(325∶175∶22 ,用磷酸调p H 至3 .0) 为流动相,在λ= 240 nm 进行检测。该方法可使乳酸诺氟沙星和乳酸甲氧苄氨嘧啶达到良好分离。该方法操作简便、灵敏、重现性好。
A rapid specific and sensitive HPLC method for simultaneous determination of norfloxacin lactas and trimethoprimum lactas was developed.Using a Zorbax ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm)under room temperature,the mobile phase consisted of water acetonitrile triethylamine(325∶175∶2 2,adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)and flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 240 nm.The linear range of determination is 100~300 mg/L for norfloxacin lactas and 25~75 mg/L for trimethoprimum lactas.This method is simple,sensitive and stable.
