Discussion on Levee Construction according to Relative Norms

本文就堤防工程现存的问题，从设计、施工、新材料应用等方面，讨论了堤防工程的依法建设。

The existing problems in the levee system of our country are low flood control capacity,poor levee quality,complicated geologic condition,heavy encroaching of levee forest land and flood plain,many dangerous sections and so on.The author holds that it is very necessary and important for improving the quality of levee to enforce strictly the norms,to strengthen the preparation works of levee construction,to construct meticulously,and to adopt actively new materials.
