Examination and Manual Reduction for Fracture of Neck of Femur and Judgement of its Union

The article recommends methods of how to classify different types of fracture of neck of femur and the manual reduction for each type. It also introduces the way to judge the fracture union. The significance of the manual examination are also discussed in the article. Methods for examination and reduction are considered to be simple, practicable but effective with the progress of the fracture union being controllable.
