摘要
金属离子催化Luminol- H2O2 体系的化学发光反应是单电子氧化的反应历程, 一些过渡金属离子与某些简单的有机配体形成的不饱和配合物对该反应有很强的催化作用, 因此可以用化学发光方法来测定金属离子及其有机配体. 本文以苯甲酸与Cu ( Ⅱ) 形成的不饱和配合物对Luminol- H2O2 化学发光体系的催化作用为基础, 建立了苯甲酸配位溶解碱式碳酸铜催化Luminol- H2 O2化学发光反应从而测定苯甲酸的流动注射分析方法.
The determination of benzoic acid was carried out by reaction of the drug with copper carbonate in a fibreglass material in a solid-phase reactor;the released cupric ions were monitored by chemiluminescence.The calibration graph is linear over the range 0 5~50 μg/mL of benzoic acid.A complete analysis can be performed in 2 min.The influence of foreign compounds was studied and the method was applied to determination of benzoic acid content in two different pharmaceutical formulations,and the recovery was from 95% to 103%.
