摘要
提出了Fenton - 荧光探针表征·OH 的新方法, 并以吖啶黄为荧光探针研究了此方法的光谱及动力学特征. 在最佳反应条件下, 对多种·OH 清除剂的能力进行了表征.
In this article,we present a new method for probing the generation or scavenging of hydroxyl radical.The method is based on the generation of hydroxyl radical by Fenton reaction and the determination of hydroxyl radical by fluorescence.The spectral and dynamic characteristics of the probing system were investigated.
