摘要
利用同步荧光技术对长白山白眉蝮蛇蛇毒中纯化得到的4 种酶: 磷脂酶A2 (phospholipaseA2 , PLA2) 、精氨酸酯酶(arginine esterase,AEase) 、纤溶酶(fibrinolytic enzyme,FEase) 和L- 氨基酸氧化酶(L-amino acid oxidase, L- a a oxidase) 进行了研究. 结果表明: 当Δλ= 20nm 时, 酶的荧光主要由酪氨酸(Tyr) 残基所贡献; 当Δλ≥75nm 时, 酶的荧光主要由色氨酸(Trp) 所贡献. 而且, 长白山白眉蝮蛇蛇毒4 种酶的Tyr 和Trp 残基所处的微环境并不相同.
Four kinds of enzymes isolated from Chinese \%Agkistrodon Blomhoffii Ussurensis \%venom were studied by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that at Δλ=20 nm the enzyme emission florescence spectra were mainly contributed by Tyr residues.And the emission fluorescence of the enzymes were mainly contributed by Trp residues at Δλ≥75 nm.The microenviroments in which the fluorchrones (mainly Tyr and Trp residues) exist in the four kinds of enzymes are apparent different.
