铽离子敏化发光分析法中重原子效应研究

Heavy Atom Effect on Terbium Sensitized Luminescence

摘要 较为系统的研究了铽- 水扬酸体系敏化发光分析中重原子增强效应. 研究表明, KI和CsCl有较强的重原子作用, 可使铽离子的发光强度增强3 ~5 倍左右, 使水扬酸的检出限降低至1-6nm moL/L. The heavy atom effect(HAE) can increase the intersystem crossing(ISC) effectively.Therefore it could also increase the energy transfer efficient between the ligand and terbium ion to increase the intensity of terbium luminescence.In this paper the HAE on the terbium luminescence has been investigated with Tb-salicylic acid-EDTA as model system.It was found that some heavy atom salts such as KI,KBr and CsCl can increase the intensity of terbium luminescence about 2 to 5 fold.Among the HA compounds,CsCl has the best results.In the presence of heavy atom compounds,the intensity of terbium ion is linear to the concentration of salicylic acid in 1×10 -5 -5×10 -9 mol/L.The LOD of salicylic acid are also decreased 2 to 5 fold in the presence of heavy atom compounds.
