摘要
对原子荧光法测定化妆品中的汞进行了初探. 我们采用硫酸—硝酸混酸消解方法, 通过加大硫酸用量, 提高消解液的消解温度, 使样品彻底消解. 加标回收率在83 % ~95 % . 该方法操作简便, 在实际工作中获得了满意的结果.
The determination of mercury in cosmetic by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied. The cosmetic sample cannot be digested entirely by the normal method. We found that if raises the volume of sulfuric acid is raised,the temperature of the digestion solution would be increased and can be digested completely. The mercury recovery of the spiked sample ranges 83%-95%.The proposed method is simple and rapid,it was determined with satisfactory results in practical work.
