摘要
根据铜对过硫酸铵氧化愈创木酚的催化作用, 建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法, 方法的线性范围为0 ~7-2μg/L, 检出限为48-6ng/L.
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace copper(Ⅱ) based on catalytic effect of Cu(Ⅱ) on the chromogenic reaction resulted from the oxidation of guaiacol with ammonium persulfate in boric acid and sodium hydroxide buffer medium has been investigated.The linear range is 0~7 2μg/L,and detection limit is 48 6ng/L.This method has been used to determine copper (Ⅱ) in offscum of plumbean-zinc mine with satisfactory results.
