摘要
基于在高氯酸溶液中痕量草酸根对铁( Ⅲ) 催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明6G 反应的抑制作用,建立了动力学荧光法测定草酸根的新方法. 方法的检出限为93μg/L, 线性范围为0-1 ~1-2mg/L.将方法用于人体尿液、菠菜中草酸含量的测定, 结果满意.
Anew kinetic- fluorimetricinhibiting method for the determination oftrace oxalate is proposed . The methodis based on theinhibition effectofoxalate on thecatalytic oxidation reaction ofrhodamine6G- hydrogen peroxidebyiron (Ⅲ)in perchloricacidsolution . Thedetectionlimitfor oxalateis9-3 ×10- 2μg/mL . Thelinearrange ofthe determination is 0-10 ~1-20μg/mL . Thismethod has been usedto determinetrace oxalatein spinach and urine with satisfactory results.
