摘要
应用生物电子显微技术,开展了云南主要作物病毒学的研究,探明烟草病毒病原9种,马铃薯病毒病原5种,番茄、辣椒、香石竹、水稻、玉米病毒病原各2种,玫瑰、香焦病毒各1种,魔芋病毒4种;同时对主要茄科作物病毒病的生态流行、交互保护、细胞病理以及抗病毒基因工程植株的抗性鉴定开展了研究;还对植物病原细菌形态学,真菌超微结构及其侵染植物的细胞病理进行了初步研究,结合电感藕合氩等离子体发射光谱法(ICPAES)分析开展了植物疑难病害的综合诊断.在研究过程中,也对生物电镜制样技术进行了改进.
Studied the main crops virology in Yunnan by using biological electron microscope (BEM).Detected the pathogenic virus of tobacco,potato,tomato,pepper,carnation,rose,maize,rice,banana and amorphophallus,and that the kinds of them were 9,5,2,2,2,1,2,2,1 and 4 respectively.At the same time,researched the epidemiology.cross protect and cytopathology of the main crops virus diseases,and the resistance identificated of the transgenic plants for antivirus.Studied the morphology of the plant pathogenic bacteria,ultractructure and cytopathology of the plant fungus diseases.Researched the comprehensive diagnosis of the plant knotty diseases by using the BEM and ICP AES.It is had improved the methods of the preparation specimens of BEM.
