摘要
通过对ZrW阴极和ZrIr阴极测试,对2种阴极电子枪的特性进行了比较研究,得出在1900K下ZrW阴极逸出功为286eV,亮度和寿命分别为2.4×106A/(cm2.sr)和1000h以上,在1700K下ZrIr阴极的逸出功为302eV,亮度和寿命分别为1.25×106A/(cm2.sr)和300h以上的结果.做为2种新型阴极。
In this paper,the characteristics of both Zr W and Zr Ir Cathodes are reported through a series of experiments.The results are:Zr W cathode has a work function of 2.86eV,a brightness of 2.4×10 6A/(cm 2.sr) and a service life of 1000h or more at 1900K work temperature,while Zr Ir cathode has comparatively those parameters of 3.02eV,1.25×10 6A/(cm 2.sr) and 300h at 1700K.Both cathodes are attractive substitutes for the Tungsten hairpin and LaB 6 cathodes in regular microscopes.
