摘要
对ZrO/W尖端阴极热场发射中钨(100)和(111)晶面的逸出功进行了测定,证明在钨表面蒸涂ZrO的情况下,钨晶面的逸出功会明显降低.且不同晶面降低的程度各不相同。
The work functions of W(100) and W(111) under thermal field electron emission regime are measured.The results indicate that the work functions of tungsten can have an obvious decrease when tungsten is coated with ZrO,and that the decrease of W(111) is greater than that of W(100).
