摘要
温度是热阴极特性的主要参数之一．在不同长度、不同加热电流下，用铂铑３０－铂铑６热电偶测量了直线型钨阴极的温度分布。
Temperature is one of primary parameters of the thermal cathode character.We employed Pt 30Rh/Pt 6Rh thermocouple to measure the temperature distribution of straight W cathode under different length and different current,and drew some important conclusion.
